About Our Executive Staff
Ronda Foster
President and CEO
 Ms. Foster has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Regis College in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Foster has held numerous roles including product division leadership for a top-tier international aerospace and defense corporation. Her areas of expertise include strategic and capture planning, proposal and product development and production of:
 
bullet Homeland security (notably, chemical and biological defense) systems;
bullet Airborne and space countermeasure systems;
bullet Space-based structures; and
bullet General avionics systems. 




Jim Wilson
Vice President, Engineering and Business Development
Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry.  He holds a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas.  Mr. Wilson's experience includes engineering development, program management, strategic and capture planning and proposal development for such diverse product areas as:

bullet Space and missile systems (including targets and countermeasures);
bullet Aircraft countermeasures and avionics;
bullet Homeland security systems (including chemical and biological detection
systems); and
bullet Logistics support systems. 





Lacy Seybold
Vice President, Finance and Programs
Ms. Seybold has over 20 years experience in the aerospace and defense electronics, electric utility, and auditing industries. She holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Texas State University and is a CPA licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Ms. Seybold is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) whose experience includes management of projects including:

bullet Space launch systems;
bullet Mine countermeasures systems; and
bullet Homeland security systems (including chemical detection
systems). 

In addition, her experience includes strategic and capture planning and proposal development for numerous customers, as well as project management during enterprise-wide installation of industry-standard software packages.
